Pronal 5000 are spray-dried yeast extracts and peptones obtained by autolysis of brewer’s yeasts (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).

Main characteristics:

Source of amino acids, peptides, vitamins and essential elements,
Totally soluble in water,
Animal-free, GMO-free, Kosher and Halal certified.

Applications:

Large-scale fermentation,
Typical concentration in media: 0.2- 4.0 %.
