SPRINGER® yeast extracts and peptones are obtained by autolysis of primary grown Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeasts.

Main characteristics:

Excellent source of readily available amino acids, peptides, vitamins and essential elements,
High content of organic nitrogen (62-78% equivalent proteins),
Totally soluble in water,
High consistency,
Low salt (<0.5%),
Facilitate downstream processing,
Animal-free, GMO-free, Kosher and Halal certified,
Available in various physical forms: liquid, paste, powder (fine or microgranulated).

Applications:

Broad range of industrial fermentations,
Laboratory media formulations,
Typical concentration in media: 0.2-4 %.
