AUTOLYSED YEASTS

SPRINGALYS autolysed yeasts are clean label ingredients which provide:

A unique flavour carrier for seasonings,
Excellent water and oil binding properties in meat and vegetarian foods,
An ingredient of choice for snack seasonings,
A delicate flavour of roasted nut.

Main characteristics:

Made from primary grown inactivated dried yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae),
Label declaration*: dried autolysed yeast, dried yeast or natural flavouring.
