Selected grades of Bio Springer yeast products can also enhance sweet flavours like: chocolate, coffee or caramel. As a result they may allow reducing the amount of added flavour.

Mode of action:

Springarom® 7001/0 yeast extract based flavour develops typical roasted/grilled notes, which combine very nicely with complex chocolate, coffee or caramel flavours.
