INACTIVE YEAST WITH MALT

SPRINGAMALT® dried food yeasts (inactivated) are clean label ingredients which provide:

An efficient carrier for seasonings,
A delicate flavour (slightly sweet roasted nut).


Dried nutritional yeasts may also be used in dietary supplements as a source of proteins, amino acids, vitamins (B group), minerals and fibres (cell walls).
