 | Clean label ingredients: no MSG or I+G added, no HVP. |
Main characteristics:  | Most SPRINGAROM® products are obtained by Maillard reaction (yeast extracts, amino acids and reducing sugars), some of them are blends of yeast extracts; |
 | Label declaration*: flavouring or process flavour (some grades can be labelled as yeast extracts, see table below); |
 | Most grades available in fine powder form at 30-40% salt content; |
