FLAVOUR BASES DERIVED FROM YEAST EXTRACTS

SPRINGAROM® are unique and specific flavour bases derived from yeast extracts, which provide:

More specific flavour notes than yeast extracts (chicken, beef...),
Animal-free meat flavours suitable for vegetarian foods,
Clean label ingredients: no MSG or I+G added, no HVP.

Main characteristics:

Most SPRINGAROM® products are obtained by Maillard reaction (yeast extracts, amino acids and reducing sugars), some of them are blends of yeast extracts;
Label declaration*: flavouring or process flavour (some grades can be labelled as yeast extracts, see table below);
Most grades available in fine powder form at 30-40% salt content;
100% water soluble;
Kosher and Halal certified.
