INACTIVE YEAST or FOOD YEAST


Inactive yeast manufactered by Bio Springer are nutritional ingredients consisting of baker's yeast which have been inactivated by heat and consequently have no more fermentative capability.

SPRINGALINE® dried food yeasts (inactivated) are clean label ingredients which provide:

An efficient carrier for seasonings,
Substitutes for torula yeast,
A delicate flavour (roasted nut),
A natural source of antioxidant (Springaline® BA95 / 0 - PW).

Dried nutritional yeast may also be used in dietary supplements as a source of proteins, amino acids, vitamins (B group), minerals and fibres (cell walls).

Main characteristics:
