Flavour mapping can help you to position several yeast extracts on a map defined by 2 flavour axes:


1. Choose several products to be positioned on the flavour map;
2. Choose 2 flavour descriptor axes;
3. Check the “Flavour mapping” button.

Tasting protocol:

Yeast extracts are tasted at 1% dry matter solution in warm water;
SPRINGALINE® and SPRINGALYS are tasted as is i.e. in powder form.
