YEAST EXTRACT: NATURAL FLAVOUR BASES

SPRINGER® yeast extracts are natural and clean label flavour bases which provide:

Clean in taste typical yeast extract flavour bases (bouillon and meaty notes),
Flavour synergy with Springer® 2000 or 4100 ranges,
A natural raw material for process flavour manufacturing.

Main characteristics:

Naturally rich in amino acid,
Label declaration*: yeast extract or natural flavouring,
Available in fine powder form or microgranulated ; some grades also available in paste form,
Different salt contents: from 0% to 40%,
100% water soluble,
Kosher and Halal certified.
