2. Choose 5 to 10 flavour descriptors,
3. Check the “flavour profile” button.

Tasting protocol:

Yeast extracts are tasted at 1% dry matter solution in warm water;
SPRINGALINE® and SPRINGALYS are tasted as is i.e. in powder form.
