PRODUCT SHELF LIFE

The shelf life of yeast extracts depends on their physical form and storage conditions.


Yeast extract powders are very hygroscopic and must be stored in dry conditions. If exposed to high humidity (for example, if the original packaging is opened or damaged), there is a high risk of lump formation and significant quality degradation. Exposure to high temperatures for long periods will cause darkening of colour and flavour evolution. Normal storage temperature: below 25°C.


Stored in their original packaging, in a cool and dry place protected from direct sunlight, the shelf life of Bio Springer's products is as follows*:
