IFT 2017 Las Vegas Nevada June 26-28

Join us at booth #1644 at the IFT Food Expo 2017 in Las Vegas where we will be featuring several new product launches. We will showcase in a cheese sauce a brand new gluten free baker’s yeast extract under our Springer brand that was developed to enhance cheese notes in food products that traditionally have used gluten containing brewer’s yeast extracts.

Baker’s yeast extracts are a natural way to enhance cheese notes but at the same time give savory flavor notes to add dimension to your cheese flavor profiles. They can be labeled as « baker’s yeast extract » to meet the consumer demand for clean label.

At our booth we will also promote several new Springaline® and Springalys® inactive yeast for seasonings and meats.
