Springarom® yeast extract – based flavors
Springarom® is a line of unique yeast extract – based flavors derived from baker’s yeast extracts.
These ingredients provide more specific flavor notes, such as white-meat chicken, red meat, beef juice, beef extract, meat gravy, roasted meat, grilled meat, smoked meat and cheese in a wide range of applications, including animal-free formulations suitable for vegetarian foods.
Springarom® flavors are obtained by creating a Maillard reaction (when sugars react with amino acids under heat) or by blending yeast extracts. The Maillard reaction takes place in home cooking, developing the taste of our dishes.
